Sales & reservations
Owned-stock sales reserve your physical inventory. Vendor sales are tracked separately and do not reserve NYTE stock.
New sale
Add another product to this order
Keeps the original sale and payments. The new product is reserved, not marked paid.
Vendor / dropship sales
Canada warehouse vendors: CWG, ERP, QSC, AD Peptides. Customer pays first, then you order and pay the vendor. These orders do not affect NYTE-owned stock or capital recovery.
Vendor sales overview

BookedInventory allocation
Product breakdown
Booked profit includes unfulfilled reservations; realized profit counts fulfilled units only. No dropship sales. Cost estimates allocate purchase shipping and CAD funding proportionally; tax, refunds and unrecorded expenses excluded. Cash collected and personal capital recovery are separate measures.
Inventory allocation
Amounts are in vials/units. Reservations include unpaid promises. Vendor orders not received are incoming, not on hand.

Vendor orders & funding
Add vendor order
Record funding separately below when the payment is actually made. Add order lines to the incoming stock using your existing vendor workflow.
Record vendor payment
CAD values are entered manually. Savings-funded payments reduce tracked savings; Phantom-funded payments add personal capital.
Transaction ledger
All sources · CADEvery recorded cash movement from owned sales, vendor sales, vendor funding, savings transfers, wallet transfers and expenses. Entries are shown individually, not just as totals. Inventory movements are not cash transactions.
Running balance is the net of the currently displayed transactions, not your bank balance. Savings ledger transfers may reflect the same underlying payment and are not double-counted as cash movement.
Savings activity
—
Customer payments increase savings automatically. Savings-funded vendor payments decrease it. Personal Phantom funding does not affect savings.
